Week 1 — Opening the Field
Each month begins with a pre-recorded transmission where we share the theme, an energetic update, and a powerful activation to support your alignment for the month ahead. This may include light language, guided energy work, and reflections to help you connect more deeply with what is opening for you. You will also receive a PDF with prompts for reflection and space to submit questions for Week 2.

Week 2 — Live Guidance Call
This live session is where we go deeper into the monthly theme together. We reflect on the Week 1 transmission, share personal insights and what is moving in the field, and then open into a channeled Q&A based on pre-submitted member questions. This call is designed to bring clarity, confirmation, and personalized guidance for what you are navigating.

Week 3 — Integration Week
